I started in graphic design, moved into web, and eventually realised my real focus is the space where visual craft meets complex user problems.
Over 15 years, I’ve worked across enterprise software, fintech, healthcare, and consumer products, helping teams at Thomson Reuters, Philips, Banco BV, FedEx, and Carnival Cruise Line turn messy, high-stakes challenges into clear, usable experiences.
My background in visual design is not decoration. It gives me an edge when translating dense systems and data-heavy interfaces into something people can actually navigate. I’ve run moderated usability testing, led design sprints, shaped mobile experiences for field operations, and worked closely with engineering teams to ship work that holds up in real conditions.
I don’t specialise in a single industry on purpose. I specialise in getting up to speed fast, asking the right questions early, and designing systems that scale, whether that’s a banking app used by millions or an internal tool used by a crew of 400 on a cruise ship.
