I started in graphic design. Moved into web. Found my real obsession in the space where visual craft meets complex, high stakes problems.
15 years later, I’ve worked with Thomson Reuters, Philips, Banco BV, FedEx, and Carnival Cruise Line across enterprise software, fintech, healthcare, and operations. Different industries, same discipline: understand the problem deeply before touching anything.
I specialise in getting up to speed fast, asking the right questions early, and designing systems that hold up under real conditions.

Complex operational workflows, fragmented tooling and hundreds of crew members working under pressure across dozens of ships. I led the UX from discovery to prototype, including on site research and usability testing in the field.

Thousands of packages, manual lists, legacy systems. I introduced Zebra floor scanning and automated document generation.

Problem wasn’t the screens.
It was the approach.
A 25 year old product. 6,000 screens. A consultancy rebuilding them one by one. I transformed the approach from redesigning screens to building a system, reducing a team of 12 designers to one.
