UX test project

I have used Design Thinking as the process of understanding and propose a solution with lo-fi and hi-fi design.

I’ve sketched and drawn some ideas on paper to idealize before starting doing the lo-fi design and see how that’s was working. I do believe in this way is possible to fail early and change the plans as well soon.

Then after understanding the pain-points, I started with the user journey map to define the pain points.

Ideas and pain points and user needs clearly, was time to start the lo-fi / wireframe design to create the first concepts and prove the ideation was getting the right.

With the concept done, I’ve stated the UI Design with the final conception, colors, and fonts.

I usually start the design process with low fidelity wireframes. This is the way I iterate through many design options quickly.

It's something I could define as learning and get the best ideas and conclusions soon before going to the wireframes and final UI concepts.

Customer Journey

To understand how customers find and interact with the service I've created a Customer Journey Map.

What I get with:

  • It's clear where is the user touchpoints.
  • Where the users get doubts and where I have better opportunities to help them?
  • I have the opportunity to understand where the user's frustrations came from.

Wireframes / Wireflows

At the beginning of my design process, I created wireframes for testing purposes and again to see if that is making part of what I am looking for if it making sense for people involved before it gets far and a lot of work for nothing.

UI Design

Once I tested out all usability mistakes, I started designing the final screens in Sketch.

I love to do visual design!
It's matters when the Design System is designed and applied.

I helps developers make more sense for the business and the very end it's easier to test with users the final design and make all project happen.
